ABOUT ME
I grew up in Colorado, in a big family where we learned the value of hard work, efficiency, and ingenuity. My dad taught us about environmental stewardship and the concept of "Reduce, Re-use, Recycle" before it became mainstream and I still employ these values in my work today.
In 2013 I examined my work history and a clear pattern emerged. The work I enjoyed most always involved some type of organizing. Whether it was editing and proofing documents, arranging meetings, streamlining office procedures or re-arranging friends' furniture for optimal traffic flow, I loved it. When I realized all the other things I’d like about being a professional organizer- logistics and planning, working with people one-on-one, using color and design, being physically active, listening carefully- Shipshape with Kate was born.
Kate is a great organizer. She is efficient and makes you go through things in a sympathetic and caring nature if you have attachment issues to paperwork. I would highly recommend her services.
